This morning you will head for Echuca to pick up your local guide to learn how Echuca Moama was developed from just a river crossing on the Long Paddock run. The Great Aussie Beer Shed and Heritage Farm Museum, Victoria's most unique tourist attraction, before moving on to visit Shepo's Whey - a dairy farm with a twist.
